Day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare and cook meals to meet the restaurant's standards.
• Manage ingredients and inventory to ensure fresh supplies and efficient use of stock.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Develop new recipes and menus in line with the restaurant's culinary objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef with a strong track record in a professional kitchen.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant culinary qualification is preferred.
