Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Address customer queries efficiently and effectively
  • Handle customs clearance as well as import and export documentation and processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, both in-person and over the phone
  • Process high volume customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Accurately enter data into the in-house system
  • Manage delivery queries and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Learn all aspects of the role to provide comprehensive support.
