You’ll be joining a well-established logistics business that combines strong performance with a supportive, people-first culture, and you will be part of a team that takes pride in doing things properly.

What you’ll get:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:15pm

You’ll take full responsibility for your sea freight export shipments, from quote through to final invoice, making sure everything runs smoothly and profitably. Day-to-day, that means:

  • Speaking with customers and providing competitive, accurate quotes
  • Booking and coordinating shipments with carriers, hauliers, and overseas agents
  • Handling all export documents (Bills of Lading, customs entry, shipping instructions, manifests)

  • Resolving issues quickly when delays or challenges arise
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for customers

What they’re looking for

  • Experience in sea freight exports
  • Comfortable managing shipments from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation
  • LCL experience (helpful but not essential)
  • Someone organised, proactive, and confident in dealing with customers
  • Able to stay calm and solutions-focused when things don’t go to plan

This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, cares about the detail, and wants to be part of a business where their work is recognised.
