Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist

Hours: Part Time 

Location: Southampton


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Manage and monitor inboxes, ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely manner
  • Provide reception cover, including meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Liaise with external contractors and stakeholders regarding facilities-related services and issues
  • Coordinate bookings and ensure meeting rooms are set up, presentable, and well-maintained
  • Ensure all communal and office areas are kept tidy and organised
  • Monitor and maintain stock of office and facilities supplies
  • Support the wider facilities team with administrative tasks and record keeping


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a facilities, or support role (desirable)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Basic IT skills, including email and Microsoft Office
