Presentation Content Executive

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

Job Type: Full-time, office based, Temp to Perm start ASAP

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and great at turning information into polished presentations?

We are looking for a Presentation Content Executive to join a fast-paced, family-owned events business with a strong culture and an impressive client portfolio, including major sports venues and large-scale live events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or someone with relevant experience who enjoys working with content, stakeholders and data, and who takes pride in producing high-quality, professional presentations.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, you will be creating clear, consistent and client-ready presentations for key events and commercial proposals.  Your work will play a vital role in shaping how the business presents itself to clients before, during and after events.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Event Presentations

  • Create pre-event, post-event and new business presentations (typically 15–30 slides)
  • Turn complex operational and performance data into clear, compelling client narratives
  • Ensure all presentations meet brand, tone of voice and quality standards

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Proactively gather content and data from event managers, venue teams, revenue and reporting teams
  • Act as the central coordinator for presentation inputs, pulling everything together into one consistent, polished document
  • Confidently question and refine content to improve clarity and impact

Content Quality & Consistency

  • Maintain high attention to detail across all client-facing materials
  • Work closely with marketing and design to evolve templates and improve processes
  • Continuously look for ways to improve presentation structure and storytelling

About You

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and confident working with multiple teams.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience creating content or presentations in PowerPoint
  • The confidence to chase information and manage stakeholders
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and pride in producing high-quality work

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in events, hospitality or food & beverage
  • Experience using Canva (PowerPoint remains the primary tool)
  • Graduate level education or equivalent experience

It is anticipated that this role will be temporary for a period of 12-weeks with a view to go permanent thereafter.  However, we would also be open to seeing candidates looking for a straight permanent option as this could also be accommodated.
