Orka Financial is partnering with a growing company based in Wallingford who are seeking to hire a Procurement Specialist to join their growing finance team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders from creation through to completion
  • Monitor and review raw material schedules to ensure continuity of supply
  • Track and update shipping and delivery information to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Review supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed standards
  • Liaise with the wider procurement team to ensure efficient and responsive service delivery.


Requirements

  • 1–4 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials planning role
  • Experience managing purchase orders through an ERP system (SAP, D365, Oracle, or similar)
  • Exposure to supplier coordination or procurement support functions
  • Experience working with logistics, warehouse, or supply chain teams advantageous.
