Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the key point of contact and overseeing the delivery of a full range of accountancy services
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships whilst identifying opportunities to develop and grow the portfolio
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members, providing coaching and mentoring to support their professional development
• Liaising with partners and senior leadership to ensure client expectations are met and service delivery remains consistently high
• Preparation and review of year-end accounts, management accounts, and associated correspondence for a varied client base

Requirements

• Must have previous experience working within a UK
• Practice environment ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a solid technical grounding in accountancy and tax
• Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships at a senior level
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• A collaborative team player with a commercial mindset and a genuine passion for client service
