Join a leading team delivering large-scale, complex insurance technology programmes. As a Senior Business Architect, you'll shape solution strategy, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful delivery across enterprise environments.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working across business and technology teams to design scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to client goals. This role combines architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across complex programmes
• Define and govern standards for requirements, design, and delivery
• Facilitate workshops to capture business, data, and integration needs
• Mentor teams and provide oversight across workstreams
• Identify risks early and ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Present solutions and roadmaps to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture within insurance or similar industries
• Proven ability to lead across multiple teams or large programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile delivery and cloud-based solutions
• Ability to align business needs with scalable technical solutions
• German language skills required
