About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to provide a friendly and efficient front-of-house service within a busy office environment. This is a temporary position with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
• Monitoring and responding to the reception inbox
• Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact
• Keeping meeting rooms tidy and presentable
• Providing general administrative support
• Supporting wider teams with ad hoc tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous receptionist or administration experience would be beneficial
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional and friendly approach
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Able to multitask and work independently
• A current DBS check would be beneficial
