The Management Accountant's responsibilities include:

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key insights to stakeholders.
• Manage financial reporting (monthly and yearly), including variance analysis and commentary.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support on projects.
• Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification or actively studying (e.g., ACCA or CIMA).

• Proven experience in management accounting.
