The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Orpington is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team. The Role

You will assist fee earners with a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting with probate and estate administration
• Supporting with trust matters
• Preparing documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and HMRC
• Managing files and ensuring compliance with procedures

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from candidates with varying levels of experience. You will ideally:

• Have previous experience in a private client team (desirable but not essential)
• Possess a Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong communication and client care skills
• Be proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
