Totum is pleased to be partnering with a leading law firm to recruit an eBilling Rates Analyst. The role offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This is a great opportunity to focus on the maintenance of eBilling client rates, working closely with clients, partners, pricing and business development teams.

The role will involve:

• Ensuring a smooth onboarding to eBilling by setting up rates accurately from the outset
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the implementation of new rate agreements
• Investigating upload and submission issues, escalating to platform providers where required
• Maintaining clear and practical documentation for internal use
• Building knowledge of eBilling systems and how they integrate with the practice management system
• Supporting submissions across LEDES and XML formats
• Attending relevant technical and development training

The successful candidate will have:

• eBilling experience gained within a law firm
• Familiarity with commonly used legal eBilling platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem solving skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
• Strong team and relationship-building skills
