About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and client-focused financial planning firm based in Altrincham. They are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist / Client Servicing Administrator to join their Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, managing reception duties including answering and directing calls
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard
  • Running reports via the back-office system to identify clients due for financial reviews
  • Supporting advisers by preparing reports and booking client review meetings
  • Contacting clients to arrange face-to-face or virtual review meetings
  • Managing adviser diaries effectively
  • Logging all client interactions and maintaining accurate records within the system
  • Following up with clients where contact has not been successful, including written communication in line with company processes
  • Preparing client review packs for meetings
  • Managing client engagement activities, including birthday communications and gifts
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
  • Supporting general administrative duties, including office supply stock management
  • Delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience within a financial services or professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience using CRM or back-office systems
  • Experience supporting advisers or client servicing teams
