Teaching Assistant – Full Time, Term Time Only

Salary: Point 4–6 (£25,185 – £25,989 FTE)

About the Role

In this rewarding position, you’ll support teaching staff in delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences. From assisting with lesson planning and preparing resources, to working one-to-one and in small groups, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential — academically, socially, and emotionally.

You’ll also contribute to monitoring progress and providing valuable feedback to the teaching team, ensuring every child’s learning needs are fully supported.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 GCSEs (grade C/4 or above) including English and Maths
• Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
• Experience supporting learning or supervising classes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with teaching staff
• Empathy, patience and a genuine passion for supporting young learners
