We are supporting a well-established and reputable law firm with the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in Congleton. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced Conveyancers, gaining exposure across the full residential conveyancing process within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This position would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced, client-facing role, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident managing a varied workload.

Key Responsibilities in this Residential Conveyancing Assistant role:

• Supporting Fee Earners with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion and file closure
• Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and referrers via phone and email to progress transactions efficiently
• Opening files, ordering title documents and searches, and preparing forms and legal documentation under supervision
• Maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-organised case files in line with regulatory and internal standards

About You – Residential Conveyancing Assistant Experience

• Previous experience in a similar conveyancing support role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders
• Confident using IT systems, including case management systems and Microsoft Office
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work accurately under pressure
