Head of Department – Mathematics & ICT (vocational)

Rural Chichester | Permanent | Start: September 2026

An exciting opportunity for an experienced, qualified teacher to lead Mathematics (KS3–4, including GCSE) and ICT as Head of Department. Join a small, supportive, committed team working with young people who have barriers to learning, taught in small classes (maximum 10 pupils) with a strong emphasis on differentiation.

You will lead curriculum development across both subjects and contribute to pupil success within a positive and inclusive environment.

Salary:

£31,125 – £41,807 + APTIS Pension (5%) OR £28,555 – £38,355 + APTIS Pension (15%)
Plus: 2 x Head of Department responsibility points (£1,500 each)
