They are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, ambitious, articulate and performance driven Lettings Professional for their very busy estate agency based in the exciting Camberwell Market.

This established high street brand is in need of a Senior Lettings Negotiator that can take a Let from start to finish and therefore they will need to have good knowledge of the legal process, referencing and all other stages of letting a property.

The successful candidate must have/be :

• Previous experience in lettings (1 year+ experience ideally)
• An individual with consistency/continuity and who is looking to establish themselves in a company who with nurture their talents.
• Confident rapport builder
• Organised and proactive
• Professional
• Well Presented
• Dynamic and motivated
• Good administration and Communication skills
• Car Driver with clean licence (Car allowance provided)

Package

• £25-27,000 basic salary (dependant on experience)
• £200 a month car allowance
• 10% commission on Lets
• Realistic OTE £50-55,000

Hours -

• Monday to Friday, 8.45-6
• Saturday, 10-4
• If you work the Saturday you get a day off in the week.
