Are you looking to secure a rewarding role for September, supporting children in their educational journey? Hays Education is recruiting passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Sheldon, B26 and the surrounding areas.

Your new role

Starting in September, you will support pupils within primary school settings, working both in class and on a one-to-one basis. You'll play a key role in helping to deliver engaging lessons while providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs, including for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).This is a flexible supply position, offering both full-time and part-time work to fit around your availability.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar setting
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (NVQ, CACHE or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Experience or understanding of working with SEN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and confidence working across different school environments
