I’m working with a highly respected, law firm looking to hire a Company Secretary into their established Business Law team.
This is a standalone role with real ownership >> ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and being the go-to expert.
The role? You’ll take full responsibility for company secretarial services across a large portfolio of entities, working closely with lawyers and clients on a broad mix of corporate governance matters.
Managing Companies House filings (Confirmation Statements, dormant accounts)
Maintaining statutory books and registers
Drafting board minutes and resolutions
Handling share allotments, transfers, and dividends
Leading on company incorporations
Managing registered office mail and Inform Direct
Acting as the primary point of contact for company secretarial matters
About you?
Proven experience in a Company Secretarial role
Strong knowledge of UK corporate governance & compliance
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator with both internal teams and external clients
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
