Your new role

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Administrator to support their Asset Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of asset data systems and supporting operational delivery across the business.You will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with contractual and information management requirements.

• Maintain and update asset records across internal systems, databases, and CAFM platforms
• Support the smooth handover of asset data for maintenance and operations
• Ensure electronic and paper filing systems are accurate and compliant
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for internal and client use
• Assist with data validation across M&E, statutory, and fabric maintenance assets
• Identify and escalate any risks relating to asset data integrity
• Take meeting minutes when required
• Provide general administrative and facilities coordination support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date asset information

What you'll need to succeed

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and O365 applications
• Experience managing data, records, or administrative systems
• A proactive and flexible team player with a positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Technical or numerical qualification (Level 4 or above preferable
• Experience working with data, reporting, or asset management systems
• Comfortable producing clear and accurate reports
