A highly regarded and growing Belgian law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join its expanding team in either Brussels or Antwerp.

The firm is recognised for its modern, entrepreneurial approach and advises an impressive range of domestic and international clients across corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, private investments, and broader commercial matters. With a strong reputation within the Belgian market and a collaborative culture, the firm offers high-quality work without the rigid hierarchy often associated with larger international practices.

This opportunity would suit a commercially minded Corporate Lawyer looking to develop within a dynamic and internationally focused environment, working closely with experienced Partners on sophisticated cross-border matters.

The Corporate M&A Lawyer role:

• Advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings and general corporate matters
• Supporting domestic and international transactions from inception through to completion
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and commercial agreements
• Conducting legal due diligence exercises
• Working closely with entrepreneurs, investors, SMEs and international businesses
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

The successful Corporate M&A Lawyer:

• 2-5 years' PQE within Corporate/M&A
• Experience gained within a recognised Belgian or international law firm
• Fluent in either French or Dutch, with strong English language skills
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Interested in high-quality cross-border transactional work
