As the property manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 180 managed properties. Tasks include both proactive and reactive maintenance, property inspections, organisation of safety certificates, relationship building with tenants and landlords, and much more.

Personal specification:

• Experience within residential property management
• ARLA / NFoPP preferred
• Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
• IT literate – experience using Street CRM would be advantageous
• A desire to learn and grow within the company
• A full UK driving licence for inspections.

The salary on offer for this property management role will be in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on previous experience.
