Social Care Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

We are looking for a proactive and organised Social Care Recruitment Resourcer to support our team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality candidates for roles across the social care sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and CV databases.

• Write and post job adverts.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and arrange interviews.

• Support compliance checks (DBS, references, right-to-work).

• Maintain accurate records on the recruitment system.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and support smooth onboarding.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or fast-paced admin.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of social care or CQC compliance/Ofsted Compliance (desirable).
