Description

• Manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies as required.
• Generate invoices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with client queries related to billing and payments.
• Work closely with the finance team to support month-end and year-end processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for billing operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Profile

A successful Billing Associate should have:

• Previous experience in Billing would be preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in the Energy industry would be advantageous but not essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
