What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound customer calls with confidence and professionalism, building strong relationships from the first point of contact
• Processing and managing orders with precision, ensuring everything runs smoothly from enquiry through to fulfilment
• Collaborating with internal teams across sales, warehouse and logistics to deliver a seamless customer journey
• Proactively investigating and resolving queries or discrepancies, keeping customers informed throughout
• Maintaining accurate records and taking ownership of your workload

What We're Looking For

• A background in customer service, sales support, call handling or order processing
• A natural communicator - someone who is confident on the phone and enjoys talking to people
• Detail-driven and accurate, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
