Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator with specific expertise running Bobst Mastercut machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Bobst Mastercut die-cutting machines to meet production targets and quality standards
• Interpret job specifications, tooling requirements, and technical drawings accurately
• Ensure efficient machine make-ready, minimising downtime and waste
• Monitor production runs, carrying out quality checks and making adjustments as required
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Adhere to all health & safety and company procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience operating Bobst Mastercut or similar high-speed die-cutting equipment
• Strong understanding of die-cutting processes within packaging or print manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and layouts
• Mechanical aptitude with good problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible approach to shift work (if applicable)
