Finance Manager - Leeds

Are you an ACA-qualified professional seeking a highly commercial, project-focused opportunity? Our client, a rapidly growing business in Leeds, is expanding their commercial finance team and looking for a talented Finance Manager to lead strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will focus on commercial projects and business strategy, with minimal traditional accounting duties. Ideal candidates will come from a Deal Advisory, Transaction Services, or Debt Advisory background and enjoy shaping business outcomes through insightful financial analysis and partnership with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial projects and support strategic business decisions.
• Develop financial models and provide value-add analysis to support M&A, growth initiatives, and transformation activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business insight that influences operational and strategic direction.

Requirements:

• ACA qualified, with post-qualification experience in commercial finance, Deals, TS, or Debt Advisory.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in a strategic, project-driven finance role.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000, flexible depending on post-qualification experience.
