Exam Invigilator

Location: City of London
Contract: Casual, ad-hoc, up to full time hours
Pay: £14.49 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking reliable individuals to support the smooth running of university exams.

Key Duties

• Set up exam rooms and materials
• Check student ID and manage attendance
• Monitor exams and report issues
• Support students with approved adjustments
• Collect and secure exam papers

Requirements

• Good standard of education and fluent English
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Team player with high confidentiality
• Able to move materials and circulate the room
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Previous experience in a higher education environment

Desirable

• Previous invigilation experience
• Experience supporting students with disabilities

Mandatory training provided.
