We work with schools across areas including Cheadle, Bramhall, Hazel Grove, Marple, Reddish, Heaton Moor, and surrounding locations. These schools offer a mix of community-focused and high-achieving environments, all with a shared commitment to inclusion, pupil progress, and strong staff support. Many settings provide excellent mentoring and structured development opportunities, making them ideal for ECTs at the beginning of their journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
• Working collaboratively with school staff to support pupil development
• Developing your teaching practice through hands-on classroom experience

We’re Looking For:

• Trainee teachers on track to achieve QTS by September 2026
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Confidence in managing a classroom (with support where needed)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine commitment to supporting all learners
