A specialist London boutique law firm focusing on defending claims against legal, financial, and other regulated professionals is seeking to appoint a Salaried Partner to join its senior leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing and highly regarded practice at partner level, playing a key role in both client delivery and the continued strategic development of the firm.
The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for:
Leading and managing a portfolio of complex professional indemnity and regulatory matters
Acting for financial and legal professionals in high-value disputes and investigations
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and growth
Supporting and mentoring senior lawyers within the team
Playing an active role in business development and profile building
Candidate Requirements
Must already be a Partner at a law firm
Qualified solicitor with strong experience in professional indemnity and/or regulatory defence work
Established track record of handling complex, high-value matters independently
Strong client following or demonstrable ability to generate work (desirable)
Leadership experience within a litigation or regulatory practice
Commercially minded with a strong reputation in the market
