Strategic Resources are currently looking for a highly experienced Part Time (3 days per week, inc 1 day WFH) Payroll Advisor to join our fast-paced recruitment and payroll business, placed at the heart of the energy sector in Aberdeen, UK.

This role forms part of the finance function, working in collaboration with all areas of the business and supporting our prestigious Energy Sector Clients & Contractors’. This is a permanent/staff vacancy.

The role and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:-

• A proven track record of working on monthly or weekly payrolls, accurately and within specific deadlines is required to apply for this role
• Experience in the reconciliation of holiday accruals and pension contributions is a prerequisite when considering this position
• Candidates must be experienced in the accurate preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial information
• The role will involve liaising with the designated Pension Provider to meet all required deadlines
• The successful incumbent will work closely with the Senior Leadership team, providing daily support to the Management/Finance Accountant to meet the needs of the business
• The role requires dedicated attention to detail including the accurate and timely processing of all financial routines/ fiscal calendars etc.
• Familiar with HMRC processes and reporting deadlines

Candidates must be proficient in MS Office, SAGE, and EXCEL.
