Key Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations
• Conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
• Progress lets through to completion
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
• Work towards and exceed individual and team targets

Requirements

• A minimum 1 years' experience within Lettings
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Resilient, organised, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
