Regional Aftersales Manager – Midlands
Location: Midlands, England (regional travel required)

Travel: Regional travel + occasional visits to Head Office (West London)
Target Salary:£40k - £55k + bonus + company car + benefits
The Opportunity
A fast-growing automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to lead and develop its Midlands retailer network.
This is a high-profile, high-impact role within a rapidly scaling UK operation. The business is experiencing strong growth across its retailer network, product range, and customer base, creating significant opportunity — and high expectations.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a demanding, fast-moving OEM environment, capable of balancing investor expectations, customer experience, performance management, and brand standards while remaining calm and decisive under pressure.
Key ResponsibilitiesRetailer / Investor Relationship Management
- Build strong, credible relationships with retailers across the Midlands region
- Act as a senior brand ambassador, representing the business at all times
- Manage retailer performance through reward, challenge, and corrective action where required
- Engage confidently across all areas of retailer operations
Customer Experience & Case Resolution
- Take ownership of customer cases, managing issues through to resolution
- Analyse root causes relating to vehicle, ownership, or retailer processes
- Drive swift, decisive outcomes — customer experience and brand reputation are critical measures
Technical Support & Warranty Alignment
- Support Technical and Warranty teams by managing retailer objections and timelines
- Identify operational or process gaps and propose practical solutions
- Participate in dealer visits where technical or warranty input is required (deep technical expertise not essential)
Dealer Audits & Regional Coverage
- Conduct frequent, structured dealer visits across the region
- Assess retailer capability to deliver optimal customer experience standards
- Manage time effectively between field activity and administrative responsibilities
Performance & KPI Management
- Own and influence Aftersales KPIs via a Dealer Balance Scorecard framework
- Drive positive trends across rolling performance periods
- Identify, stabilise, and recover underperforming retailers
Brand Representation & Special Projects
- Attend and support brand and retailer events, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Take ownership of special projects that enhance commercial performance and operational effectiveness
Experience & Profile Required
- Proven experience in an OEM Aftersales roleor as a Group Aftersales Manager within a retailer environment
- Strong understanding of customer experience, dealer operations, and network performance
- Proven ability to manage pressure, competing priorities, and dynamic business conditions
- Confident relationship builder with senior retailer stakeholders
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills
- Full and clean UK driving licence
