Working in the Nomination team creating and allocating files on the case management system to be held within the company. Receiving rejected files from internal legal teams and completing them within service level agreements. This includes sending out relevant letters to all involved parties. Making outgoing telephone calls to obtain further information. Receiving incoming telephone calls from Clients/Third Parties and answering their queries. May also be required to provide general administrative support, through delivery of files/paperwork, closing down files for the fee earning teams.
Also assisting when needed the New Instruction team. Downloading and combine all the incoming work that comes to us via a central inbox or client portals.
The role requires the attention of the individual to identify the urgency of a new instruction, and the ability to accurately log for traceability purposes and pass over to the file opening team for processing. Ensuring all combines are completed within set timeframes.

Working Hours
35 hours per week working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Hybrid working with 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.
Working closely with the File Opening Team, A common natural progression would be to move to a File Opening role.
