We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a global organisation during a busy period of transition. This temporary assignment, expected to last 2-3 months, is perfect for someone with experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment who can hit the ground running. You will be an integral part of a large, fast-paced finance function, ensuring the smooth processing of supplier invoices and payments.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Processing a high volume of accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies.
• Completing supplier statement reconciliations.
• Assisting with payment runs.
• Supporting month-end activities as required.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal controls and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced accounts environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using finance systems and Excel.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workload independently.
• Clear communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and suppliers.
