Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sales of BNG, carbon, and water credits/units from UK restoration projects
Design and deliver a go-to-market plan to win enterprise buyers (corporates, projects developers, utilities, financial institutions, and other sustainability-focused businesses)
Build and manage a qualified pipeline; progress opportunities from origination to close against targets
Educate buyers on credit/unit quality and long-term impact; secure framework agreements and portfolio deals
Feed market insight and into project design and monitor UK regulatory developments
Represent the business at industry events, investor forums, and policy roundtables
Contribute to the evolving nature credit sales strategy as the platform scales
Requirements
B2B sales background in capital markets or sustainable finance
Established relationships with buyers of BNG, carbon, and/or water credits/units
Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks for biodiversity, carbon, and water markets
Understanding of landscape-scale nature restoration projects
