Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales of BNG, carbon, and water credits/units from UK restoration projects
  • Design and deliver a go-to-market plan to win enterprise buyers (corporates, projects developers, utilities, financial institutions, and other sustainability-focused businesses)
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline; progress opportunities from origination to close against targets
  • Educate buyers on credit/unit quality and long-term impact; secure framework agreements and portfolio deals
  • Feed market insight and into project design and monitor UK regulatory developments
  • Represent the business at industry events, investor forums, and policy roundtables
  • Contribute to the evolving nature credit sales strategy as the platform scales

Requirements

  • B2B sales background in capital markets or sustainable finance
  • Established relationships with buyers of BNG, carbon, and/or water credits/units
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks for biodiversity, carbon, and water markets
  • Understanding of landscape-scale nature restoration projects
