Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Warrington – Hybrid
Salary – 60-65k Plus bonus

We are exclusively working with a growing business, looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support business performance and strategic decision making. Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll provide insight, challenge, and guidance to drive profitability and growth.

You will act as a trusted advisor, offering constructive challenge and clear financial guidance to improve profitability, enhance performance, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting
• Ownership of P&L models
• Analyse performance, identifying risks and opportunities
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive decision-making
• Deliver high-quality board and shareholder reporting
• Provide insight on sales, margins, and key business drivers
• Support investment decisions, pricing, and promotional activity
• Improve management information and reporting processes

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven
