Ecommerce Executive | Graduate to Early Career (0–3 Years)

Consumer Products - Global Brand | Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) £28k - £35k DOE - Harlow, Essex (Office-based)

We are recruiting for an ambitious Ecommerce Executive to join a fast-growing, global consumer products brand with a strong focus on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels. You’ll play a key role in supporting and optimising the online customer journey, helping to drive sales performance and improve conversion across the brand’s ecommerce platforms.This opportunity is ideal for either:

• A graduate or placement student with relevant ecommerce exposure (6–12 months), or
• An early-career Ecommerce Executive (1–3 years’ experience) looking for more ownership and progression

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Manage website merchandising, ensuring products are displayed effectively to maximise sales
• Assist in planning and executing the trading calendar (promotions, multibuys, seasonal activity)
• Analyse website performance, sales data, and customer behaviour
• Support pricing and promotional activity
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and operations teams
• Contribute to improving conversion rates and ecommerce performance

What we're looking for:

• Experience in ecommerce, online merchandising, digital trading, or online retail
  OR a relevant placement/internship in ecommerce (6–12 months)
  OR 1–3 years' experience in an ecommerce role
• Strong interest in consumer products and online retail
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with Excel and data
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento
• Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4) or digital marketing tools
• Understanding of trading performance metrics (conversion, AOV, revenue)
