Talent Partner – Senior Manager (12-Month FTC)

Overview
We are partnering with a leading global management consulting organisation to appoint a Senior Manager-level Talent Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Purpose of this role is  managing capacity planning and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective staffing and development opportunities.

Strategic partner and trusted advisor to key stakeholders
Drive and manage capacity planning for including pipeline, working closely with the Analytics function.
Act as a strategic partner to your assigned stakeholders on all people topics and as the first point of contact for all queries on People-related topics 
Work with your key stakeholders to jointly own career development and performance assessments
Work with recruiters to ensure specific staffing needs
Work with People Analytics team to share data and support on key strategic talent pipeline, development  and succession planning
Work collaboratively with  your teams  across talent to shape common approaches to the responsibilities outlined above.
Prepare analyses and reports, e.g. performance reporting
