Role: Office Manager & private PA
Where: Greater Manchester
When: Monday – Friday / 08:00 – 16:00 (flexibility is essential for emergencies)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits

Our client, a leading Medical Director, is searching for a motivated and ambitious Office Manager and Private PA to join his team!
This exciting opportunity offers a diverse range of duties, including ensuring the smooth running of a medical facility along with attend to Private PA duties for a busy household.

What you’ll do:

Office management –
  • Ensure the smooth running of five sites, ensuring all teams are happy
  • Keep on top of CRM management
  • Support the Medical Director and team with researching new business opportunities
  • Attend weekly in-person meetings with the Director, taking detailed minutes and notes
  • Light HR duties, helping with interview processes and assisting with new starters
  • Manage the social media platforms, bringing in new fresh ideas and growing social media presence
  • Support with legal documents
Private PA duties –
  • Full diary management, professional and personal
  • Travel arrangements
  • Ad-hoc driving needs, running occasional errands and driving to practice sites across Manchester
  • Keeping on top of personal life admin tasks
  • Managing household matters when needed, ie, letting in contractors to family home
What you need:
  • A clean driving license and your own vehicle (milage will be paid for)
  • Previous experience within an Office Management / PA position
  • Tech savvy, someone who is a quick and eager learner
  • Degree educated – desirable but not essential
  • Young And ambitious who wants to grow within a business
  • Impeccable phone manner – fluent in English both written and oral
  • High attention to detail
