Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of private client engagements, providing high-quality advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates
• Drive business development activity, identifying opportunities to grow the firm's private client offering through networking, referrals, and cross-departmental collaboration
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex personal tax returns, inheritance tax planning, and related advisory work to the highest standard
• Contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the firm as a member of the partnership
• Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to the wider tax team, supporting the professional development of managers and seniors

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience in private client tax
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop strong client relationships at a senior level
• Strong technical knowledge across personal tax, trust and estate planning, and inheritance tax
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with a desire to mentor and inspire those around you
