We have an amazing opportunity to join us as a Supported Team Administrator! Play a key role in delivering vital housing and support services - working collaboratively to ensure our tenants receive the right support at the right time.

We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Requirements

Outline of key responsibilities...

  • Offering support for officers across the supported team, as required, and including the potential attendance at resident meetings or visits
  • To support with the scheduling and planning of team diaries, meetings and consultation events
  • Contribute to the development of systems, processes and policies
  • To administer the details of person-centred risk assessments and PEEPs
  • To triage new tenancy sign up and arrange settling in visit with appropriate team
  • To triage ECR Amber notifications by contacting residents to discuss any additional reasonable requirements to enable them to access our services. And updating the system of any changes as required
  • To provide telephone and other admin support for the team, as needed. To include cover of phones and mailbox's ensuring that appropriate cases are actioned where required


We are looking for someone who has...

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience of working in an administration environment.
  • An understanding of Safeguarding responsibilities
  • Organised and accurate in managing tasks and recording data
  • Able to manage a high and varied workload with flexibility
  • Proactive approach and ability to use own initiative
