Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates
• Write and manage job advertisements to attract top talent
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Attend client meetings and understand hiring requirements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to placement
• Network within your specialist market

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree educated (Law or related discipline preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a competitive mindset
• Resilient, motivated, and adaptable
• Commercially aware with a desire to succeed
