Duties Of A Vehicle Technician:
Conduct diagnosis, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles in line with manufacturer standards
Carry out complex and routine repairs with a focus on first-time fix and quality assurance
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
Offer professional advice and updates to customers, ensuring excellent customer service
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard within designated timeframes
Requirements Of A Vehicle Technician:
Relevant automotive qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealership or recognised garage
Own set of automotive tools suitable for professional repairs
Valid full UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
