Salary: £32,000 – £45,000 per annum

REED Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in South Bedfordshire to recruit a full-time, permanent Teacher of Religious Education to join their team from September 2026.

The Role

• Teaching Religious Education across Key Stages (details to be discussed at interview)
• Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
• Contributing to the wider life of the school and department
• Supporting students to achieve strong academic and personal outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred
• Unqualified teachers with strong subject knowledge and relevant experience will also be considered
• A genuine enthusiasm for Religious Education
• Strong classroom practice and behaviour management
• A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

Salary
