If you’re a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor or junior lawyer with up to 2 years’ PQE, this is a great opportunity to join a busy Glasgow-based Corporate team working on a wide mix of transactions and advisory matters. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to M&A, commercial contracts and general company law, with early responsibility and client contact.

This role suits a Corporate Solicitor who wants to build core transactional experience in a collaborative environment with clear development support.

The role

As a Corporate Solicitor in Glasgow, you will support on a wide range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder matters and commercial agreements.

You’ll assist with due diligence, draft and review legal documentation, coordinate transaction logistics and contribute to completion processes. The role also involves regular communication with clients and internal teams, alongside legal research and input into advisory work.

You will work closely with experienced solicitors and partners while developing confidence to manage your own matters.

About you

This role would suit a Corporate Solicitor who:

• Is NQ–2 years’ PQE with corporate experience
• Has a grounding in company law and transactional work
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is organised and able to manage deadlines
• Is commercially aware and detail-focused
• Is proactive and keen to develop within a corporate team
