You’ll walk into a hot desk with existing national clients, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running alongside the opportunity to build, mentor and lead a high-performing team around you. Using your industry knowledge and networks, you’ll partner with clients to deliver top talent, support candidates through key career moves, and drive exceptional outcomes across the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a key role in shaping long-term partnerships and growing our presence across the insurance sector.

• What we’re looking for:Strong market knowledge with proven experience within insurance industry recruitment.
• A track record of achieving KPIs, driving revenue and delivering consistent results
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client and candidate relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Leadership experience is highly regarded, or a clear desire and capability to step into a team leadership role
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, grow accounts and drive business performance
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work at pace
