The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a boutique recruitment consultancy known for its honest, consultative, and relationship-led approach.

They are not a high-volume CV business — instead, they focus on building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates across the UK market, delivering quality over quantity every time.

You’ll take ownership of a specialist desk, working across a mix of broking, underwriting, claims, and operations roles, depending on your experience and network.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing a specialist recruitment desk
• Developing long-term relationships with clients across the UK
• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality professionals
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Delivering a consultative, high-quality service to clients and candidates
• Building your personal brand within the market

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in recruitment
• Strong billing track record or ability to demonstrate success in a 360 role
• Confidence in building and developing client relationships
• Commercial mindset with the ability to win business
