Our client is looking to expand their existing security team and is seeking individuals who are not only committed to safety, but also passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

As a key part of a front-facing team, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all visitors, tenants, and staff on site. You'll act as an ambassador for the centre, combining a proactive approach to security with a friendly, approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible and approachable presence across the site, offering assistance to visitors and tenants
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
• Carry out regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and queries
• Maintain clear and professional communication via radio systems
• Work closely with the management team and support third-party contractors when required
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies and procedures

Essential Requirements:

• Front line SIA licence
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
• Willingness to work towards a First Aid qualification (if not held already)
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Desirable:

• CCTV SIA Licence
• Previous experience within a retail environment

Working Hours:
