Whether you’re newly qualified or building experience before further study, this role gives you real impact, real experience, and no two days the same.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting children with speech, language and communication development
• Delivering targeted interventions (1:1 and small group)
• Using communication tools such as visuals, symbols, communication boards and PECS
• Working alongside teachers, SEND teams, and external professionals
• Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and access to learning

What we’re looking for:

• Speech and Language Therapy BSc Honours
• Experience supporting children or young people (school, care, placement or voluntary)
• A patient, calm, and encouraging approach
• Confidence building relationships with pupils who need consistency and trust
• A genuine interest in SEND and child development
